The location near Hyde Park is just unbeatable! The room was clean but super small, and breakfast was pretty basic. 😅 A bit disappointing with the cramped feel, but it worked for a quick stay!

Great place for budget travelers
The location is just perfect two underground stations within 5min walk and the area is filled with shops and restaurants. The breakfast was simple but satisfying fresh bread and pastries coffee and tea were always available free.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what you get.

Rooms were surprisingly cramped with little room to maneuver. The initial room swap was turned down due to unpleasant odors and visible dirt, which raised some health concerns.

The location near Bayswater underground station is fantastic, just a quick walk to Hyde Park. Enjoyed the cozy décor in the room with two double beds. The larger bathroom post-move was a breath of fresh air, unlike the cramped earlier room. the initial check-in was chaotic. a family mistakenly got our room. Some stairs were steep, and the quick access around builders’ materials was hazardous. The breakfast options were limited. I expected more than just pastries, cereals, and some cheese.

i had a great time staying at new dawn during my city adventure! the location was spot on, just a short stroll to hyde park and nearby underground stations. the cozy room with a nice bed exceeded my expectations for a budget stay!

The room sizes were a bit of a shock. they were some of the smallest I've encountered, and the bathrooms felt cramped, with little space to breathe. Storage for luggage was almost nonexistent, making it tough to settle in comfortably. Breakfast also had a 'first come, first served' vibe that left something to be desired, especially for those of us who like to sleep in a bit. One guest mentioned issues with the TV and a hair dryer that didn't work, which is a bummer considering the price paid. while the value is there, expect some quirks and inconveniences.

the location is super close to hyde park and the tube stations which made it easy to get around. the breakfast was decent, with toast and yogurt available always. plus, the staff were friendly and helpful, allowed us to store our luggage even after checking out. the room, while small, was clean and comfy for a budget stay. overall, pretty good value for the price in london!
the room was really tiny, barely space to move around, and the shower was cramped. also, not enough outlets for charging gadgets.
